Classically trained, Dan began his acting career in theatre. He caught the acting bug in college and auditioned for his first play on a dare. His breakout role was as Shylock in William Shakeseare's THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, earning him rave reviews from The Cornell Daily Sun, among others. Since then, he has dared to seek out roles that others might not normally see him in, and that, he believes, has translated to his real-life careers as well. He thanks the theatre for that.
